This role involves assessing, treating, and developing communication programs for children with speech, language, social, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
Collaborate with behavior therapy teams and provide training to staff and caregivers for skill generalization.
Develop and implement evidence-based Plans of Care, conduct evaluations, and monitor progress through regular reviews.
Coordinate with external Speech-Language Pathologists and ensure compliance with ethical standards and licensing requirements.
Maintain detailed clinical documentation, participate in team meetings, and provide client/family education.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current license or in process, and ASHA CCC. Pediatric and autism experience preferred.
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills are essential.
Salary ranges from $59,000 to $70,000 based on experience.
