Now Hiring: Machine Operators – Direct Hire Longmont, CO

We are currently seeking skilled Machine Operators to join our production team in Longmont, Colorado. This is a direct hire opportunity offering competitive pay, shift differentials, and a full benefits package.Available Shifts & Pay

$20-24/hr

1st Shift:7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday–Friday)

2nd Shift:3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Monday–Friday) —10% shift differential

3rd Shift:11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Sunday–Thursday) —12.5% shift differentialCompensation

Hourly Rate:$20–$24, based on experience

Additional pay for 2nd and 3rd shiftsResponsibilities

Operate and maintain machinery in a batch production environment

Accurately measure and mix materials per specifications

Monitor production using computer systems and camera interfaces

Collect samples, record data, and ensure product quality

Troubleshoot equipment and make necessary adjustments

Work independently following a structured six-month training programQualifications

Required:

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production setting

Proficiency with computer systems and camera-based monitoring

Experience handling and mixing chemicals

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

Preferred:

Background in chemical, food, or pharmaceutical production

Familiarity with batch processing and visual inspection

Knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment

Location: Onsite in Longmont, CO

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00/yr.
