Responsibilities

Develop ETL pipelines from various data repositories to load into various stages of the data platform using a variety of tools and platforms including Microsoft Power Platform

Collaborate with a team to design and implement data visualizations that effectively communicate insights and support decision-making

Develop administration processes to monitor pipeline performance, resource usage, and failure

Develop data lake and warehouse architectures that support business objectives

Requirements:

4+ years of experience designing and building data pipelines including working through edge cases related to mitigating data source limitations

4+ years of cloud experience ideally in Azure, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Blob Storage, and other Azure services or significant experience in other cloud platforms

Hands-on experience with Power Platform including Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate

Programming experience in one or more languages such as Python or R and support libraries such as Pyspark, NumPy, and Pandas

Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling techniques

Extensive experience with SQL and other database technologies (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle)

Willingness to work in a hybrid work environment; work in our Indianapolis office or at the client location three days per week

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Must not require visa sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Client-facing consulting experience

Experience as a team member on agile teams

Experience with DevOps practices such as CI/CD and advanced source control practices

Certifications related to Azure, Power Platform, AWS or Power BI

Experience developing Snowflake based solutions
