We have an immediate opening for an ITI Program Integrator supporting the Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Product Office, responsible for coordinating Army Air and Missile Defense Command and Control system integration requirements with the MDA THAAD system. This position is located at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Product Office leadership on business, financial, contract, logistics, and technical management activities related to Army IBCS system integration with the MDA THAAD system. Coordinate with PMO contracts, budget, acquisition, and systems engineering teams on cost estimates, contract requirements, acquisition strategies, and technical solutions.
Coordinate with industry OEM contracts, program management, engineering, and logistics teams to track and manage Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE) components' status.
Represent Product Office leadership when government leaders are unavailable.
Develop strategic internal and external communications, including weekly Situation Reports, Command and Staff updates, and responses to taskers.
Manage coordination and communications with FMS and Domestic partners and PMO functional leads/teams.
Organize IPTs, meetings, and working groups; prepare briefings, agendas, minutes, and action items.
Coordinate domestic and foreign disclosure staffing requests, ensuring compliance with PMO information security standards.
Maintain historical archives of activities, briefings, and decisions to preserve institutional knowledge.
Assess long-range factors impacting programmatic or technical progress.
Provide periodic project status reviews, manage risk mitigation, and ensure timely coordination of actions, schedules, and milestones.
Requirements:
Active Secret security clearance with the ability to maintain it.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or significant applicable experience.
3 to 10 years of relevant experience in business, financial, contract, logistics, and technical management activities.
Strong understanding of and experience with Army Integrated Air Missile Defense (AIAMD) systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong analytical skills to research data, synthesize options, and make sound recommendations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to travel as required.
Additional Desired Skills:
Experience with Army Air and Missile Defense Command and Control systems such as Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS), Patriot, FAAD C2, and ADAM.
Experience with the MDA THAAD system.
Experience with integration of Command and Control Systems in a System of Systems architecture
