Job Title: P&A Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay: $75-$80,000 annuallyJob Description:
We are seeking a full-time FP&A Analyst to support strategic financial initiatives, forecasting, and real estate investment analysis. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing organization in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain complex financial models to support business planning, project analysis, and investment decisions
Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and assist with leadership reviews
Prepare investment summaries, including underwriting of real estate projects and potential financing strategies
Analyze historical results, identify trends, and recommend performance improvements
Partner with various departments to compile and consolidate annual budgets
Streamline financial processes and develop tools, dashboards, and ad-hoc reports
Conduct market and competitor research using industry data sources
Support financing efforts by preparing materials for lenders, coordinating diligence, and comparing funding options
Provide insights for capital planning and asset management strategies
Regularly engage with executive leadership and financial sponsorsAdditional Details:
Work Environment: On-site, business casual setting
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
