Job summary

Lead technical initiatives as a Senior Software Engineer in our innovative, fast-paced environment. You'll design and develop sophisticated .NET web solutions, mentor team members, and drive the integration of AI capabilities across our technology stack.

Key characteristics to be successful in this role

Lead the design and development of complex web applications using .NET technologies

Architect scalable database solutions and optimize performance

Design and implement robust web services and API architectures

Mentor junior developers and conduct technical code reviews

Drive technical decision-making and establish development best practices

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex technical challenges

Contribute to system architecture and technology roadmap planning

Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential adoption

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of professional software development experience

Expert-level proficiency in .NET framework (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core)

Advanced experience with SQL databases, performance tuning, and complex query design

Proven experience architecting and implementing web services (REST APIs, microservices)

Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities

Excellent problem-solving skills and technical judgment

Outstanding communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts

Experience with software architecture patterns and design principles

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI/ML frameworks and implementation strategies

Cloud platform expertise (Azure, AWS) with deployment and scaling experience

Full-stack development experience, including modern frontend technologies

Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

Agile/Scrum methodology experience in leadership capacity
