Principal Technical Consultant

Primary Responsibilities

Develop business and/or design requirements to facilitate software development and/or integration activities

Develop custom integrations for data interchange between applications

Develop scripts and processes necessary for data conversion, migration, and validation

Creation of conversion, migration, or integration support documentation

Experience with the following:

Essential Skills

Webservices, Java, JSON, and general API programming

MS SQL Server, Oracle, SQL, DDL, stored procedures, triggers, and indexes

Experience extracting, transforming and loading financial/accounting data

Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS and others

Strong technical aptitude and problem solving skills

Strong communication skills and ability to interact with business users

Experience with design of validation rules for conversion and migration activities

Experience with administering, data migration/integration of Deltek products (Costpoint, Deltek Time Collection, Deltek Expense)

Preferred Skills

BA/BS

Experience with Costpoint Extensibility

Proficiency with SSIS or similar ETL toolsets

Experience developing inbound/outbound interfaces to ERP or finance/accounting software

Experience with Webservice Development
