Abrigo is seeking a leader with strong people skills who is well-organized, and customer-centric, to manage the Implementation Consulting team. This position will report to the Director of Implementation Consulting and will lead a team of professionals of varying levels. This manager will be responsible for mentoring a talented and high-achieving group of professionals, ensuring the success of the team and our customers.

The position will require cross-departmental collaboration, handling of customer escalation requests, coordination, and resource planning for various projects. The Manager of Implementation Consulting must work very closely with the Integration, Client Education, Project Management, Client Success, Advisory, and Support Teams, always striving for the common goal of excellence in customer service and satisfaction. Applicants may choose to work remote or office based in Raleigh, NC or Austin, TX.

What You'll Do:

Lead, inspire, manage, mentor, and provide useful feedback to team members to maximize their potential and professional growth as well as the ability to function effectively as a team. Hire, onboard, and retain top talent professionals.

Deliver on key initiatives that support the Implementation Consulting team’s strategic objectives, such as driving product adoption and timely execution of project implementation tasks.

Lead a team of consultants to achieve high-quality and efficient project resolutions.

Assist team with escalated customer issues and requests while minimizing scope creep.

Prepare and present monthly team status update to Senior Director of Implementation Consulting.

Maintain in-depth working knowledge of technology and standards.

Work closely with other teams to allocate resources and manage the project pipeline.

Organize and track project statuses, metrics, and other data for resource planning to inform project assignment decisions.

Coordinate with the information security department to ensure data security policies are properly followed within the realm of the team’s conduct.

Make key decisions, not in a vacuum, but rather with unbiased perspective considering the goals and responsibilities of all departments within the company (support, infrastructure, sales, renewals, operations, information security, etc).

Other responsibilities as assigned.

What You'll Need:

Excellent communication and management skills

2+ years of experience leading teams or managing direct reports preferred

Strong work ethic and tendency to lead by example

Banking/finance experience preferred

Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred

Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to meet with clients
