What You’ll Do:

Oversee the full revenue lifecycle—from contract execution to billing accuracy and collections oversight.

Ensure data integrity and compliance in all billing and revenue recognition processes.

Analyze financial models and support files to validate billing cycles and revenue projections.

Partner with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and process improvements.

Monitor accounts receivable performance and lead initiatives to reduce outstanding balances.

Develop dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time insights to senior leadership.

What You Bring:

5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management or billing operations.

Strong command of accounting principles and their impact on the general ledger.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and data analysis.

A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.

Experience in franchise or multi-location business models is a plus, but not required.

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
