Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Valid state license and certification.

Experience working in a school setting, particularly with K-12 students.

Proficient in conducting language screenings and providing targeted interventions.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Location:Columbus, OH

Responsibilities:

Conduct language screenings for students, particularly focusing on kindergarten students by October.

Develop and implement Response to Intervention (RtI) groups for students requiring language support.

Collaborate with special education teams to address the needs of students, primarily those who speak Nepali and Kinyarwanda.

Provide direct services to approximately 20-25 students over 1.5 to 2.0 days per week.

Maintain accurate records of student progress and adapt strategies to meet individual needs.
