Now Hiring: Bindery Operator, Press Operators & Machine Operators

1st Shift:Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM – 2:20 PM
2nd Shift:Mon–Fri, 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM (+$4.00/hr shift premium)
3rd Shift:Sun–Thurs, 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
Overtime:Up to 4 hours/day as needed What You’ll Do
Set up and operate bindery equipment
Monitor product quality and troubleshoot issues
Use digital systems likeMIIandSAPfor tracking and documentation
Perform hands-on tasks: feeding, stacking, bundling, and inventory checks What You Bring
High school diploma or GED
Experience with bindery machinery
Solid math, reading, and computer skills
A strong work ethic and attention to detail Pay & Perks
$22.00–$32.00/hour(based on experience)
$2,500 sign-on bonusafter 3 months

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $67000.00/yr.
