We're looking for a reliable, organized Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our award-winning custom swimming pool company.

We take just as much pride in how we run our office as we do in our construction projects. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a talented Administrative Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly and to support both our sales and project teams.

Position Overview:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be a key member of our team, handling a wide range of office, project, and client support tasks. You’ll work closely with our project managers, designers, and sales team to ensure projects move forward efficiently — and that every client interaction reflects our high standards of service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit building permits

Support Sales — coordinate leads, prepare proposals and contracts

Answer phones and greet visitors with professionalism and warmth

Support Project Managers with data entry, ordering, and scheduling inspections

Manage filing systems and maintain job files (both physical and digital)

Assist with material selections and client coordination

Receive deliveries and manage inventory of office and project materials

Provide general administrative support across all departments as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Prior administrative experience (construction industry experience a plus)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and basic office technology

A positive attitude and a team-player mindset

Professional appearance and demeanor — you’ll often be a first point of contact for clients and partners
