Seeking a Project Manager to support the Airbus A220 and Embraer E190-E2 Program Management Office. This position includes the creation and management of comprehensive multi-disciplinary schedules, tracking of key deliverables, and product improvements of in-service aircraft. The position will be based in Chula Vista, CA.

Responsibilities:

Act as a Project Manager for the Airbus A220 and E190-E2 EBU (Engine Build Up) to include cost, schedule, and coordination oversight

Generate and manage cross-functional plans/schedules involving engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing teams

Manage initiatives that drive producibility, quality, and cost improvements

Lead cost reduction activities, including engineering changes, supply chain transfers, and use of lean tools to eliminate waste at production facilities, to ensure shipped unit costs meet program business plan

Active Risk Management to minimize impact to schedule, business plan and quality

Qualifications:

US Citizen, US Person, and Foreign National candidates permitted

Must be able to submit to a 10-panel drug screening

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

5+ years in project management, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing.

Familiarity with Airbus A220 and E190-E2 systems and engine build-up processes.

Ability to manage and coordinate teams across engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing.

Experience in budget management and cost reduction initiatives.

Knowledge of lean tools to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Skills in identifying and mitigating project risks.

Strong verbal and written communication for stakeholder engagement.

Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and data analysis tools.
