$43,000/year minimum base salary, with the potential to earn $120,000+ annually - Flat rate starts at $33.00 - $40.00 per hour based on experience. Guaranteed a base salary of $800.00 per week. If your Flat rate hours are more than your Guarantted base you receive your flat rate pay and vise versus.
