Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior HRIS Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure efficient HR processes and data management. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance HR operations.

Duties

Analyze and improve HRIS functionalities to meet the evolving needs of the organization.

Collaborate with HR teams to gather requirements and translate them into system specifications.

Develop and maintain scripts for data manipulation and reporting.

Conduct regular system audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure data integrity and security.

Oversee the software development life cycle (SDLC) for HRIS-related projects, ensuring timely delivery of enhancements.

Provide support for system integrations with other platforms, including Azure and VMware environments.

Troubleshoot technical issues related to HRIS applications and provide solutions in a timely manner.

Train HR staff on system functionalities and best practices for data management.

Requirements

Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and experience with object-oriented programming (OOP).

Strong scripting skills for automation of tasks within the HRIS environment.

Familiarity with DNS configurations and management within an enterprise setting.

Experience with Linux operating systems is preferred.

Knowledge of vulnerability assessment techniques to safeguard sensitive employee data.

Understanding of quantum engineering principles is a plus but not required.

Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
