About Us:

Royal Machining Solutions is a precision-focused shop equipped with the tools to handle demanding work. Our equipment includes a Haas VF4 with 4th axis assist, Lincoln plasma table, E-Mill, and an E-Lathe 1760G, along with full welding capabilities. We use a Fusion 360 Commercial License with Manufacturing Extension and Machine Connect to streamline our process from programming to part.

What You’ll Do:

• Program and machine precision parts using Fusion 360.

• Set up and run jobs on our Haas VF4 with 4th axis.

• Use Machine Connect to integrate CAM programming with machine operations.

• Operate the E-Mill and E-Lathe 1760G as needed for support work or prototyping.

• Run the Lincoln plasma table for cutting and prep.

• Read blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T specs.

• Create custom fixtures and select appropriate tools for each job.

• Troubleshoot and edit G & M code at the controller.

• Verify part quality using calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, and other precision tools.

• Document setups and optimize workflows for efficiency.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

• Support other shop operations, including welding and manual machining, when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of CNC programming experience, especially with 3- and 4-axis milling.

• Proficient in Fusion 360 CAM, including Manufacturing Extension tools.

• Solid experience with Haas CNC controllers.

• Comfortable using manual mills and lathes for one-off work or support tasks.

• Familiarity with plasma cutting (Lincoln table experience a plus).

• Strong understanding of machining metals including aluminum, stainless, and steel.

• Skilled with inspection tools and quality control processes.

• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
