Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in store management and possess excellent leadership skills.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify opportunities for growth
- Handle budgeting, cash handling, and financial transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Skills
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash register operations
- Strong background in store management and retail math
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Experience in team management and leadership roles
- Knowledge of clerical tasks such as record-keeping and inventory management
