3rd SHIFT - Friday- Tuesday from 10pm -6am (Wed/Thurs off).

Training is Mon-Fri 8am-4pm for the first 4 weeks.

Summary:

Huntington is looking for qualified candidates to become Security Operations Center Specialists.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Reports directly to the Security Operations Center Manager, but takes tactical direction from Security Operations Center Lead.

Answers incoming calls regarding suspicious activity and/or security related events.

Creates reports and maintains detailed logs of all calls and activities.

Contacts relevant security and non-security colleagues to coordinate response or for assistance resolving issues.

Monitors complex alarm and surveillance systems and coordinates appropriate response to alerts.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

High School diploma/GED

1 years of experience either in an emergency call center or security experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Technology experience (i.e. MS Office)

Experience working in a dispatch or alarm monitoring center

Bachelor's degree

Strong oral and written communication skills

Ability to multi-task

Work effectively within a high intensity environment

Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)No
