Now Hiring: CNC Programmer – Direct Hire

Location: Branford, CT

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay: $35–$45 per hour (based on experience)

Expert Staffing is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer for a fantastic direct hire opportunity with our valued client in the Branford area. This is a full-time, first-shift role with excellent benefits, a quick interview process, and a great team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Program and operate CNC machines with precision and efficiency

Interpret technical drawings and specifications to develop accurate programs

Utilize Fusion 360 and/or SolidWorks (preferred)

Perform drilling and other machining operations (drilling experience a plus)

Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize workflow

Qualifications:

Prior CNC programming experience required

Experience with Fusion 360 and/or SolidWorks is highly desirable

Strong attention to detail and ability to read technical drawings

Drilling and machining background is a plus
