We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Pricing Analyst to join our client's dynamic pricing team within a fast-paced government contracting environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS), various government contract types, and experience developing competitive and compliant cost and pricing proposals for federal clients. This individual will play a critical role in proposal development, cost modeling, pricing strategy, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the preparation, review, and submission of cost and pricing proposals in response to federal RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.

Develop detailed cost models, pricing spreadsheets, and narratives in support of proposals, modifications, and contract renewals.

Analyze RFP requirements, identify pricing risks and opportunities, and develop compliant, competitive pricing strategies.

Collaborate with Capture, Proposal, Contracts, Program, and HR teams to collect inputs and align pricing with technical solutions.

Support cost volume development, including direct labor, indirect rates, escalation, subcontractor pricing, travel, and ODCs.

Evaluate incumbent and competitive data to benchmark labor rates and pricing trends.

Ensure all pricing submissions comply with FAR, DFARS, CAS, and company policies.

Participate in pricing audits and respond to requests from DCAA, DCMA, and other regulatory bodies.

Support pricing for IDIQs, GWACs, BPAs, and other contract vehicles as needed.

Provide pricing support during contract negotiations and support post-award cost analysis as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).

Minimum 5 years of experience in pricing or financial analysis, with a strong focus in government contracting.

In-depth understanding of FAR/DFARS, cost principles, and government pricing methodologies.

Experience pricing various contract types, including T&M, FFP, CPFF, and IDIQ task orders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and modeling.

Experience with pricing tools or ERP systems (e.g., Deltek Costpoint, ProPricer) a strong plus.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
