Senior Project Manager

We're seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of data center construction projects. This is a new role with a well-established nationwide organization and will require strong leadership, coordination, and technical expertise in managing large-scale, mission-critical facilities from pre-construction through commissioning.

Responsibilities:

Manage planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of data center projects.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Oversee quality, safety, and compliance with building codes and data center standards.

Review construction documents, handle RFIs and change orders.

Ensure an on time and within budget project delivery.

Qualifications:

5+ years of construction PM experience

Strong knowledge of MEP systems and mission-critical infrastructure.

Familiar with Procore, P6, Blue Beam, MS Project, or similar tools.

Industry Relevant Certification (s) preferred. (PMP, CCM, PE, OSHA, etc.)

Excellent communication, organizational skills, and capable of client facing

Strong background working on construction Data Centers (ideally a mix of new builds, expansions, and retrofits)

Must be based in St. Louis OR willing to travel 50% + to be onsite in St. Louis if they are not on a job site
