Key Responsibilities
As a Building Envelope Project Manager, you will:
Lead and manage building enclosure projects from investigation through design and construction administration.
Conduct forensic evaluations of building envelope systems, including roofing, waterproofing, curtain walls, windows, and facades.
Prepare detailed technical reports, repair recommendations, and construction documents.
Coordinate with internal teams across multiple offices to leverage expertise and deliver integrated solutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and high-quality service.
Oversee field investigations, testing, and site inspections to assess performance and identify issues.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
Participate in business development efforts by nurturing client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
What You'll Bring:
5+ years of experience in building envelope consulting or diagnostics
Strong project management and client-facing skills

PE license preferred (or on track)
