Your Role in Our Team

Technical Leadership & Project Oversight

Lead and oversee structural engineering projects, particularly in concrete restoration, structural renovations, and forensic evaluations.

Manage project teams and provide technical guidance across all phases of design, investigation, and construction administration.

Ensure quality control of deliverables and compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client expectations.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.

Proactively manage expectations, resolve challenges, and strengthen client partnerships through exceptional service and communication.

Field Inspections & Forensic Evaluations

Conduct site visits, structural inspections, and failure analyses.

Develop and present findings through clear, concise, and technically sound engineering reports.

Design, Documentation & Code Research

Prepare or supervise the preparation of detailed RFPs, bid packages, and permit-ready construction documents.

Research applicable codes and product data to support innovative, code-compliant solutions.

Mentorship & Internal Leadership

Provide mentorship to junior engineers and inspectors to support their development into future leaders.

Take part in internal initiatives, training sessions, and technical presentations that shape our firm’s future.

What We’re Looking For

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil with a Master's in Structural Engineering.

Licensure: Florida P.E. license required.

Experience: 4+ years in structural engineering.

Skills: Strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, leadership-oriented mindset.

Tools: Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, structural analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
