Compensation: $110,000 – $140,000 per year (based on experience)
Bonus: Eligible for annual performance bonus

About the Role
As Strategic Sourcing Manager, you’ll lead procurement strategy for high-performance marine and power generation systems. You’ll design sourcing frameworks, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost optimization across complex supply chains. This role demands a sharp analytical mind, a bias for action, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with minimal oversight. You’ll be the architect of scalable systems that support long-term growth and operational success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sourcing strategies for marine engine components, power generation equipment, and MRO services
Negotiate supplier contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality and reliability
Monitor supplier performance and mitigate procurement-related risks
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and international trade laws
Collaborate with internal teams to align sourcing with operational goals
Lead and develop a team of three (Purchasing Lead and 2 Buyers)
Drive continuous improvement and change initiatives across the supply chain
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field
5–7 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, preferably in marine, power generation, or industrial MRO
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
Proficiency with ERP systems (Infor/Syteline), Power BI, and MS Dynamics
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Supply Chain certifications (CSCP, CPSM, or equivalent)
Experience with global suppliers and international trade regulations
Familiarity with ISO standards and quality systems
