We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the Midwest region, specializing in medical device rehabilitation sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and expanding market share within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physical therapists, rehabilitation centers, and hospitals.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate potential clients about our medical device offerings.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to stay ahead of competitors.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs.
- Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales within the medical device or rehabilitation industry.
- Strong understanding of physical therapy and rehabilitation processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
