Administrative Assistant II - Minneapolis & St. Paul
People Incorporated Mental Health Services is seeking an Administrative Assistant II to join and support our teams based out of our Access & Recovery Center (ARC) Program in St. Paul, MN and Northside Community Support Program (NCSP) in Minneapolis, MN. This is a full-time hybrid position.
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday business hours, flexible start/end times
Location: Hybrid ARC Program (317 York Ave, St. Paul MN) NSCP (1309 Girard Ave N, Minneapolis, MN)
Hiring Range: $20.00-$21.60/ hourly, based on qualifications

Main Job Duties:
Responsible for generating correspondence, statistical information, meeting minutes, and other general administrative support to the program.
Partner with unit staff on the development and maintaining of workplace databases and files.
Create and maintain program files and that information is handled in accordance with company confidentiality standards.
Coordinate the purchase and maintenance of program office supplies. Partner with appropriate staff on the reporting, allocating and tracking of such expenses in accordance with organizational financial standards.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting visitors and callers, providing information, taking messages or directing them to the appropriate person.
Maintain general financial data for the unit and that it is in accordance with program, department, organizational and other regulatory agency requirements.
Attend all required and assigned meetings and trainings.
Attendance is an essential function of this position.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
Associates in Arts degree.
Minimum of one year of prior administrative support experience.
In lieu of an Associates in Arts degree and one year of prior experience, a high school diploma and three years of administrative experience may be substituted.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience working with individuals who have mental illness.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior administrative support experience within a not-for-profit environment.
