St Margaret of Cortona Preschool seeks a dedicated and compassionate educator to join our faith-based preschool team. The ideal candidate will nurture the spiritual, academic, social, and emotional development of young children in a safe, Christian environment.

Responsibilities include:

Implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum with children aged 3-5.

Foster positive social relationships between children and their instructors.

Lead songs, dances, and playful activities—bring energy and joy to the classroom.

Remain patient and composed while managing the dynamic needs and behaviors typical of preschool-aged children.

Ability to multitask effectively.

Ability to get on floor and interface with children’s activities.

Collaborate with fellow staff and volunteers.

Communicate effectively with parents.

Applicant Requirements:

College degree DESIRED but not required (Early Childhood Education preferred).

Teaching license DESIRED but not required for this position.
