BAE Systems is looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Operations Manager to manage all cybersecurity operations and related processes for the enterprise IT program supporting the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). The Cybersecurity Operations Manager provides overall leadership of cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance and ensuring operations sets, comply, and monitor in accordance with regulations, policies, and processes.
The Cybersecurity Operations Manager helps design, test, and implement secure operating systems, networks, and database products; conducts risk assessment and provides recommendations for application design; participates in a wide range of security issues including architectures, firewalls, electronic data traffic, and network access; uses encryption technology, penetration and vulnerability analysis of various security technologies, and information technology security research; and may prepare security reports to regulatory agencies
The program provides enterprise IT services for USACE, including program management, IT infrastructure and shared services, general IT, cybersecurity services, engineering design, telecommunications services, emergency response, transformation, and surge/special projects capability and support.
This position is located on-site at the Government Accountability Office (GAO) Building in Washington, D.C. The performance for these cybersecurity operations is at multiple locations within CONUS and OCONUS (e.g., the territories of Guam, the Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico, and Korea, Japan, and Germany).

Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 10 years work experience or equivalent experience
Required Skills and Education
A minimum of five years of experience with all phases of IA and accreditation processes, securing IT systems and services using Government and industry IA standards, policies, guidelines, and best practices.
Five years of experience managing and leading a security operations staff with skills applicable to a project environment similar in size and scope (a minimum of 10 full time equivalent personnel, staffing at multiple locations)
Five years of experience successfully managing information security risks to include completing the entire Access and Authorize (A&A) process including receiving ATO for the cloud.
Possess a certification in accordance with the DoD 8140 DoD Cyber Workforce (DCWF) matrix 26 March 2025 at the Advanced level. (CBROPS, CFR, CySA+, FITSP-O, GCFA, GCIA, GDSA, GICSP, CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSEP, GCLD, or CCE).
ITIL® V4 Master Level Certification, or equivalent.
An active Top Secret (TS) security clearance
Preferred Skills and Education
Five years of experience with encryption devices and procedures as they relate to networks and data.
Five years of experience with Federal governance, risk, and compliance management.
Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience
