Candidate can work from either Little Rock, AR or Houston, TX.

Hybrid schedule- Tuesdays and Wednesday's candidate will work at a Telecommunication network/administration office. Mondays, Thursdays, and Friday's candidate will work at a home location. The candidate is required to have ample home internet to remote VPN into Telecommunication's network. Job Locations are in Little Rock, AR or Houston, TX.

Responsibilities for the RF Engineer:

We are looking for an experienced In-Building/Venue Engineer with Telecommunication experience.

* Experience with RF designs using Nokia and/or Samsung radios required.

* Knowledge of various different types of DAS infrastructure vendors is a plus. And understanding radio/DAS interface requirements for SISO/MIMO designs using duplex/simplex signaling.

* Skilled at creating FUZE projects with the appropriate templates.

* Should be well versed with IBWave, FUZE Modules, Tracker Dashboards, IXUS EME software, NPP RFDS, Canvas, Google Earth, Conquest, and Atoll.

* Experience with FR1 (700, 850, Band66, PCS, & CBand) and FR2 (28 & 39 GHz) bands. * Determine when to employ IXUS software or engage a third party EME vendor to conduct an RFE analysis to mitigate exposure.

* Skilled with IBWave analysis to achieve Telecommunication's coverage and design objectives based on technology and band.

* Ability to work on new and modification RF designs in IBWave for accuracy.

* Create CQ's and submit 911 records to support downstream activations.

* Experience with large venues (NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, etc.) and IB DAS'. Able to optimize the DAS equipment and radios for maximum performance.

* Review Close Out Documents after a DAS is on air to determine if As Built matches the RF Design.

Qualifications for the RF Engineer:

Candidate must have experience with In Building and Venue designs using IBWave and Atoll.

Candidate must have experience with Telecommunication's FUZE SPM, Conquest modules, NPP RFDS, Canvas, and 911.

Candidate should have excellent project management skills, to track and update status, dates, details in regards to project progress, etc.

Desired Skills for the RF Engineer:

Ability to work well with other teams to keep FUZE projects moving forward. Candidate should have excellent communication skills and have knowledge of FUZE Modules, MS Office and Google Software Suite. Experience with optimizing DAS and radios after commissioning. Super Bowl experience is a plus.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS for the RF Engineer:

Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or another technical field. 7 to 10 years of relevant In-Building/Venue RF design and optimization work experience.
