We are partnering with a Luxury New Home Development based out of the Naples, FL area who is looking to add a Front Desk Admin to work the WEEKEND shifts! This position would be a long-term contact to work every Saturday & Sunday. Real estate, leasing or property management industry experience is preferred!
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience
Professional, positive personality & client facing
Ability to take initiative and stay engaged during work hours
Data Entry skills
Team player, willing to help as needed Job Description:
Greet incoming customers looking to view model homes
Notify sales agents if a customer has arrived
Answer general inquiries about the development over the phone & in person
Assist with data entry and other administrative duties
Assist with reports and tracking data for sales te a m
Communicating with vendors and management team with high level of professionalism Other Information:
This is a long-term contract opportunity (24+ months)
The hours are 9am - 5pm Saturdays & Sundays (in office)
The pay rate is $19-$20/hr
