Title: Warehouse / Quality Production Tech

Location: Columbus, OH

Duration: 12 Month Assignment

100% Onsite

Major Responsibilities:

Receive incoming finished product retain (reserve) samples

Store incoming finished product retain (reserve) samples

Remove expired finished product retain (reserve) samples from storage system and place on pallets for pick-up.

Ensure all items are labelled properly.

Assist the North America (NA) Complaint Operations group with document filing and placing new record folders in the cabinet(s).

Ensure work area is clean, neat, and orderly

Adhere to applicable area safety guidelines

Assist NA Complaint Operations management team with special projects

Provide weekly updates to management on responsibilities

Advise management of unusual issues or concerns in area

May include filling, labeling, palletizing

Lifting up to 40-60 lbs.

Education:

High school diploma required, Bachelors degree preferred Background:

Warehouse setting

Ability to think independently to solve problems

Good communication skills (oral and written)

Troubleshoot problems

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Knowledge and understanding of various computer programs
