Blue Dolphin Swim School is a woman-owned, family-run business. We are proud to teach high-quality swim lessons to babies, children, teenagers, and adults.

As a front desk team member, you are responsible for providing excellent customer service to our families, making lasting impressions and relationships. For many families, you will be the first impression of Blue Dolphin Swim School! We want positive and friendly interactions with every family! You should be someone who is warm and welcoming while also being highly organized, dependable, and passionate about our work at Blue Dolphin Swim School.

You’ll make these impressions through in-person, phone, and email communication. We want your communication to be professional, but also warm and friendly.

This is a part-time position. The schedule is not negotiable--weekday afternoons/evenings and Saturday mornings are required.

We offer paid training. Starting wage is negotiable with prior experience.
