We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Technician to join our team in Houston. This work-from-home position offers the opportunity to contribute to our organization's data management efforts while working remotely.
Input data into company databases and systems with high accuracy and efficiency
Verify and validate data to ensure completeness and accuracy of information
Review and update existing data in computer systems
Sort and organize physical and digital documents
Maintain data confidentiality and security
Create and maintain data entry logs
Generate regular reports on data entry activities
Identify and report any data discrepancies or errors
Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications:
Qualifications
Proven experience in data entry with minimum typing speed of 50 WPM
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Experience with data entry software and database management
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Effective written communication abilities
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Previous remote work experience preferred
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Reliable internet connection and quiet home office setup
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
