Job Description

Adecco is hiring immediately for Precision Tool Grinders at a local client in Lyman, NE. Precision Tool Grinders do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with rates starting at $18.00/hr., plus available overtime. In this role, you will be responsible for operating one or more production machines such as grinders, mills, drill presses, lathes, and similar equipment. Your primary duties will include reading and interpreting work orders, instructions, or formulas to ensure accurate production. You will also measure and visually inspect finished products for surface quality and dimensional accuracy using precision measuring instruments, ensuring all items conform to specified standards.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum of 1 month of related experience required; 3 months or more preferred

Manual dexterity to handle tools and materials safely and effectively

Visually and tactically inspect and identify objects with attention to detail

Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50lbs. on a regular basis

Shift Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 6:00AM-5:30PM, and 6 hours on Friday.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
