CNC Machinist$22-$35/hr + 10% Shift differential on 2nd shift Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Machinist where you will specialize in CNC milling, turning, and grinding. You will work with a variety of materials, including Aluminum, Titanium, and Inconel. Our facility boasts over 100 CNC machines, including Okuma, DMG, OKK, and Toshiba, with capabilities of up to 100 inches for milling and up to 78 inches for turning.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines, including milling, lathe, or multi-axis, to produce parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.

Program and edit CNC machine code as required, using G-code and CAD/CAM software.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal operation.

Conduct quality checks on finished parts, ensuring they meet customer specifications.

Maintain accurate production records and complete necessary documentation.

Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.Essential Skills

CNC experience Mills or Lathes.

Proficiency in blueprint reading.

Basic inspection experience.

Strong shop math skills.

Experience with Fanuc controls.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Knowledge of machining processes.

Familiarity with calipers and micrometers.

Experience with G&M codes and Siemens controls.

Understanding of tolerances and GD&T.

Work Environment

The Shop climate-controlled, though it may be dusty.

We have over 100 CNC machines

2nd Shift (Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $35.00/hr.
