As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in assisting with loading and unloading up to three trucks per night. Your responsibilities will include order picking, learning to operate an overhead crane, and supporting the Lead Operator. You will be involved in picking and staging feedstock for fulfillment orders, breaking down bulk bundles for customer-specific orders, packaging materials according to customer requirements, and operating sit-down or side loader forklifts to move materials as needed. You will also ensure the proper completion of paperwork and SAP work order confirmations for shipping and receiving on the computer. Responsibilities
Pick and stage feedstock for fulfillment orders.
Break down bulk bundles for customer-specific orders.
Package materials to meet customer requirements.
Operate sit-down or side loader forklifts to move materials.
Complete paperwork and SAP work order confirmations for shipping and receiving.
Ensure maximum productivity in the creation of finished goods.
Perform all other duties as assigned, noting responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.Essential Skills
Minimum of 2 years of experience in forklift and material handling.
1+ year experience with side forklift operations.
6+ months experience with overhead crane operations (preferred but not necessary).
Basic math and computer skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently.
Regular attendance and punctuality.Additional Skills & Qualifications
1 year of similar job experience preferred.
Physical ability to pass requirements exam for vision, hearing, and mobility.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment requires adherence to a specific dress code, including jeans and a proper work tee shirt without offensive logos. Personal protective equipment such as steel toe boots, a hard hat, gloves, and cut-resistant sleeves will be provided. The position is primarily on the first shift from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional requirements to cover the third shift from 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM or a shift from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
