Job Description
We are seeking a skilled machinist to join our team on the 2nd shift, focusing on the fabrication of heat exchanger components. This role involves working with repetitive tasks and requires a strong ability to program and operate various machines safely.
Responsibilities
Fabricate heat exchanger components, primarily headers.
Write and modify programs from prints for the machines.
Safely operate machines such as Mill, Drill Press, and CNC Machine, including HAAS, Kitamura Mill, and Lathe.
Machine components to the specified tolerances.
Read and interpret instructions and blueprints.
Monitor, control, and manage tooling and machines.Essential Skills
Proficiency in operating lathe and mill machines.
Programming skills, including CAD and macros for CNC operations.
Ability to set up, operate, and tend drilling machines for various metalwork tasks.
Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
Experience with inspection tools such as calipers and micrometers.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Utilization of micrometers, calipers, and probes for precise measurements.
Experience with Renishaw systems for setting and inspection within CNC machines.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is a non-climate controlled facility with positions available on the 2nd shift, Monday through Thursday from 3:30 PM to 2 AM. Occasionally, work may be required on Friday nights from 1 PM to 6 PM. Training will initially be conducted during the 1st shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Oklahoma.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
