**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Complex Sales & Events Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of our sales and events activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales, attract new clients, and manage events successfully.

**Qualifications:**

.- Proven experience in sales, event planning, or related roles.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales revenue.

- Plan, organize, and manage events from conception to execution.

- Coordinate with clients to understand their event needs and preferences.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers.

- Collaborate with marketing team to promote events and attract attendees.

- Ensure events run smoothly and handle any issues or challenges that may arise.

- Monitor and evaluate the success of sales and events initiatives.
