Responsibilities

Market Analysis: Provide clients with detailed market analyses, helping them make informed decisions about buying, selling, or renting properties.
Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate offers and counteroffers to achieve the best possible terms for clients, ensuring all transactions are smooth and successful.
Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary real estate documents, including contracts, purchase agreements, and closing statements.

Requirements
Licensing: Valid Virginia Real Estate License is required.
Experience: Prior experience in real estate sales or a related field is desirable.
