Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking Assemblers for our client in Aliso Viejo, CA. This is an opportunity to work with a leading medical device company driving innovation in life-changing healthcare technologies.

Location: Aliso Viejo, CA

Pay: $18–$20/hr + Overtime Opportunities

Assemble intricate medical devices using hand tools and microscopes

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards

Work in a cleanroom environment with strict hygiene protocols

Perform packaging, labeling, and basic quality checks

Adapt to various tasks across the production lineWhat We’re Looking For:

Willingness to work overtime as needed

Comfortable in a laboratory/cleanroom setting

Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
