Client Onboarding Specialist (Part Time, Remote)

A boutique litigation firm is seeking a detail oriented and proactive Client Onboarding Specialist to support new client transitions and administrative tasks. This is a part time, fully remote position supporting licensed professionals such as attorneys, mental health providers, midwives, and other regulated professionals in matters involving ethics defense, regulatory inquiries, and professional liability.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare and send retainer agreements and onboarding documents

Assist with gathering client information and intake coordination

Handle light legal administrative tasks and file management

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and attorneys

What We’re Looking For:

At least three years of experience as a legal assistant or legal secretary

Comfort working independently in a remote setting

Strong organizational and time management skills

Clear and respectful communication style

Schedule and Pay:

Approximately 10 hours per week

Pay is commensurate with experience and within a competitive hourly range

Position is temporary through TLSS
