This role is ideal for a candidate who is comfortable jumping into all parts of the build; framing, trim, cabinetry, and everything in between. We’re looking to speak with someone who works hard, communicates well and can either take the lead or work shoulder-to-shoulder with the project team. If you're reliable, take pride in your work, and don’t mind jumping in wherever needed, we want to talk to you.
Responsibilities:
Perform rough and finish carpentry including framing, doors, trim, cabinetry, etc.
Assist with general construction activities including demolition, layout, drywall repair, minor painting, and cleanup
Interpret and work from blueprints, specifications, and job site instructions
Operate and maintain power tools and job site equipment safely and correctly
Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and in compliance with safety regulations
Collaborate with other trades and site supervisors to meet project deadlines
Load and unload materials and handle deliveries when needed
Complete punch list tasks efficiently and with attention to detail
Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on carpentry and construction experience
Solid skills in rough and finish carpentry, plus drywall, painting, and flooring touch-ups
Ability to read blueprints, measure accurately, and confidently use hand/power tools
Certification in operating machinery such as a mini excavator or skid steer is a plus
Knowledge of commercial construction practices, job site safety, and workflow
Physically able to lift up to 75lbs, work on ladders, and navigate tight spaces
A team-first attitude with strong work ethic and pride in getting the job done right
Reliable, on-time, and able to represent our company well on site
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
OSHA 10 or 30 is a bonus, but not a deal-breaker
