Now Hiring: CNC Mill / Lathe Lead – 2nd Shift

Twin City Staffing is seeking an experienced CNC mill / lathe lead to join our team. If you have strong leadership skills and expertise in CNC machining, this is your opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment.

Location: Fridley, MN

Wage: $23 - $30/hr. Depending on experience

Hours: 2nd Shift Monday – Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM OT on Fridays

Duties of the CNC mill / lathe lead:

Lead and oversee CNC Mill/Lathe operations on 2nd shift

Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to precise specifications

Train and support team members in machining processes

Monitor production efficiency and quality standards

Troubleshoot machinery and resolve technical issues

Requirements of the CNC mill / lathe lead:

Previous experience leading CNC machining operations

Strong knowledge of CNC mill and lathe setup, operation, and programming

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Attention to detail and commitment to quality
