We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starting, and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently, possess excellent organizational skills, and demonstrate a strong drive for results. Pay will start at $65,000 and will be based on any relevant experience.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

Independently plan, execute, and close multiple projects across various industries, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to Flexecution Inc.'s high-quality standards.

Develop and manage project schedules, resources, and information, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues to keep projects on track.

Monitor project progress and communicate updates to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, maintaining a "phone call first" mentality for effective communication.

Utilize project management tools to track working hours, budget, plans, and project expenditures, ensuring projects remain within scope and budget.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is readily available to all project participants.

Work closely with internal teams to eliminate blockers and ensure seamless project execution according to Flexecution Inc.'s standards and requirements.

Prepare and present project documentation and reports to internal teams and key stakeholders, effectively communicating project status and progress.

Adapt to a challenging and fast-paced work environment, with the ability to manage late hours, early mornings, overnights, and potential client confrontations.

Utilize personal equipment (phone, laptop, etc.) during the initial 90-day trial period.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a demanding and fast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Proven ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities, and meeting tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a track record of anticipating and mitigating project risks.

Experience in managing remote teams and utilizing virtual communication tools.
