About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and organized HR Representative to support our growing team. You’ll play a key role in hiring, onboarding, compliance, and keeping our team safe, supported, and running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Screen applicants, schedule interviews, and assist with hiring
Facilitate new hire paperwork, orientations, and training
️ ️ Employee Relations & Support
Maintain communication with subcontractors
Help resolve conflicts and boost team morale
Support engagement efforts like newsletters and team programs
HR Operations & Compliance
Administer payroll and research benefits
Ensure compliance with labor laws, OSHA, and company policies
Maintain up-to-date records and documentation
What You’ll Need:
Prior HR experience (construction or cleaning industry is a big plus)
Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with labor laws, HR software, and safety standards
Self-starter mindset — you’ll often work independently in-office
