Sales / Account Manager - Robotics / Automation

We are seeking a skilled Sales / Account Manager to join our team in Novi, Michigan. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical sales of Robotics / Automation Systems and products, and account management, with a proven track record of success. Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with clients

Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Provide technical expertise to clients

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Prepare and present sales proposals and reports

Manage client accounts and ensure timely delivery of products and services

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field

5+ years of experience in technical sales and account management

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Willingness to travel as needed
