Position Summary:

The Director of Marketing and Training will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and increase brand recognition as well as overseeing the training of the company's employees. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with senior leadership to achieve the company's marketing and training goals.

Essential Functions:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Oversee lead management to determine which properties need additional marketing and/or training assistance.

Enhance and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.

Oversee digital marketing efforts, email marketing, and social media to drive lead generation and brand awareness.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote property listings.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making.

Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and tracking of ROI.

Utilize data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

Build and maintain strategic partnerships with industry organizations, vendors, and relevant stakeholders.

Oversee capital projects related to amenity, office, and signage upgrades at various properties as needs arise.

Conduct property walks to evaluate tour paths, vacant readies, office presentation, team presentation, etc.

Lead group and individual training sessions for employees.

Evaluate what individuals at specific properties may need secret shops and then schedule shops. Upon completion, evaluate report, send to Regional and discuss shop directly with employee (via Zoom or in person).

Ensure that employees are up-to-date on training needs

Participate in bi-weekly calls with Realpage to determine ongoing within the portfolio across all departments and Realpage products

Coordinate annual Regional Manager Retreat for Regional Manager training and quarterly regional manager, property manager, and maintenance meetings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree. A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is a plus.

7+ years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in property management or a related industry.

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing and training strategies.

Strong digital marketing expertise, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.

Creative and strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry.
