Calvary Robotics is a growing Global Systems Integrator specializing in custom automated manufacturing systems in a variety of manufacturing industries. We are looking for a Senior Syteline/BI Developer to support our growth.

Essential Functions:

Syteline System Business Intelligence development:

Develop and maintain a system-wide knowledge of ERP capabilities and functions and how they interleave with and support the business and production functions of the company.

Design, develop and maintain ongoing reports, dashboards, KPI’s utilizing ERP tools and other associated databases and technology to drive key business decisions.

Design, develop and maintain ERP integrations with internal and third-party applications.

Support end user requests by developing data queries, saved searches, custom screen views and configurations for Infor Syteline ERP and related databases

Train subject matter experts in use of BI tools

Manage day to day administration of ERP and Databases

Maintain software by troubleshooting and fixing issues

Complete system updates, ensure proper testing and training prior to deployment

Maintain proper system access for all users and roles

Monitor data quality and provide reports on issues and trends

Monitor and maintain integrations to other software tools

Provide internal, ongoing systems/technical support

Provide user call support

Directly support training of super users/functional masters/and subject matter experts (SME’s)

Update all employees on system changes and new processes

Write complex SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data

Write new programs or modify existing programs to meet user requirements and process improvements, using current programming languages and technologies

Drive initiatives that improve existing business processes and workflows using the system

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, simplification, and automation

Identify, evaluate and recommend other key technologies required to support and improve business processes centered on the ERP

Requirements:

Required Experience / Education:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (MIS, IT, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience

3+ years’ experience with Syteline administration or MS SQL database administration (Syteline preferred but not required)

Administrator-level knowledge of roles, permissions, query development, workflows

Experience developing applications, reports and dashboards with MS Power BI or similar tools

Experience with Visual Basic, MS Access, SQL and other database tools (SSRS, SSIS)

API Programming knowledge or experience

Experience with .Net and related technologies a plus

Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Manufacturing experience a plus
