Job Description Buckeye Power Sales is a Growth-Oriented Company Seeking a Branch Service Manager for our Power Systems Division!

Buckeye Power Sales has been providing on site power solutions for businesses, contractors, engineers, municipalities and homeowners since 1947, which makes us the oldest Rehlko (formerly Kohler) generator distributor in the country.

We are also a distributor of Siemens Energy engines and generators for a wide range of power generation applications such as combined heat and power, waste to power, prime, and continuous.

Our Power Systems Branch Service Managers are responsible for:Managing and motivating staff, recruiting staff, training and develop staffManaging timekeeping and time off; conducting performance evaluations; participating in the interview process; administering disciplinary actions and terminationsAssuring adequate staffing based on workload and coverage for off-hour callsManaging service and customer service activities to optimize employee performance, profitability, and customer satisfactionResolving customer issues and maintaining a high level of customer satisfactionQuality assurance of work performed/deliverablesManaging costs and overheads of the departmentManaging upkeep and condition of all facilities and equipmentProviding recommendations and developing strategies on how to improve the quality and quantity of serviceAttending meetings and contributing to company strategy and policymaking as requiredDeveloping staff to their fullest potential, grooming for promotion from within when appropriateConducting monthly random job site audits to validate the effectiveness of training-including safety training.
