Desired Skills/Experience:

Experience writing embedded (C/C++ and Python) code on a Linux or Real Time Operating Systems

Experience writing embedded code for network-device sensing and communication: WiFi, BlueTooth, RF.

Experience coding that connects directly to 'bare metal' is preferred (experience connecting C/C++/Python Code to Microcontrollers, ARM Processors or other-similar Peripherals such and Printed Circuit Boards)

Firmware Code troubleshooting /debugging skills; experience 'Porting Code' to different peripherals and applications the purpose of Code Debugging...experience with JTAG, SWD or similar debugging tools is a plus.

Should have knowledge/experience with Low-Level Python, C++ and/or C (C programming language) topics and fundamentals.

Experience with Chip Level Coding: ASIC/FPGA, creating-testing-debugging code that interfaces with the Chip Level.

Embedded Software development surrounding Micro-controllers and/or ARM processors and/or ARM controllers.

A College Degree is preferred (ideally in Electrical or Computer Engineering); should have solid Electrical Engineering Fundamentals knowledge as this role will have ongoing communication-coordination-brainstorming with the EE-Hardware-Design Team.

Pluses (not required/nice to have):

Linux Kernel level code interfacing with other Hardware Components

writing code surrounding PCB's (printed circuit boards), including test fixtures

Use of CI/CD Tools (docker, maven, jenkins, or similar)

Experience communicating/working closely with Electrical Engineering 'design-build' teams.
